Registration is NOW OPEN. The first 300 to register get our early bird rate of $299.
Early Registration (first come, first served)
Registering early helps us plan the event more efficiently and gives you:
- First choice at one-on-one sponsor meetings
- First choice on Friday sponsor dinner
- First choice on Saturday sponsor dinner
- The lowest price
Sponsors will take groups of members to area restaurants both Friday and Saturday night. Members can select their sponsor dinner based on when you pay for the 2026 conference—first to register and pay gets first choice.

Hotel
Book your room at the Fairmont for $209 a night. We need you to use the 506 Investor Group 2026 Conference Fairmont Dallas Booking Link so we can fulfill our contract for room nights. We guaranteed 500 room nights—please use our link. There is a $50 built-in discount for the 506 conference ticket when you use our booking link.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 3 days before arrival. We will assess a fee of 1 night room rate and tax if you cancel after this deadline. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of it; if not, we will charge your credit card. Please PM @halcat if you have any issues with hotel bookings.
The hotel will charge the 506 Group if a room is booked and not used and not cancelled within 72 hours of the event. If you book and do not cancel, the 506 Group will bill you for the penalty billed to the group by the Fairmont.
Refunds
Refunds are available until 60 days before the conference date. No refunds can be honored after August 15, 2026. Tickets are non-transferable.
